Their bookstore is just as difficult to navigate and uninformative as the old Kalahari one.

Sorry to revive an old thread.
But does enybody have the same issues were you no longer can access your ebooks through takealot.
I receive an error : "no tokens availalbe". Some of the books I have not even read yet but I cant download them.
Takealot's response is just sorry they can't help me. I downloaded the books too much to my phone.
So when you upgrade or format your phone, your ebooks are gone?
I'll stick to Kobo, I've never had the same issue.
