I think it has to be the xmas section. I also tried it but it didn't work but that's because it wasn't in the xmas section.

Yeah I figured that it needs to be via the app but it didn't work. It said something like: Customer doesn't qualify for the voucher.

I then tried adding an item from the Christmas list but it would still not take it. I updated the app and after that it did go through with my original item. Strange.
