I used a voucher code and it was accepted on my app. But when I proceeded to pay for the order the full amount was deducted from my Credit card.

If voucher is part of VoucherCloud, only one voucher per customer. That's how the rules works.

Download their latest app from Play/ITunes, once installed should allow you to add airtime now unlike the previous version , select domination add as many as you like once complete check out /view basket/trolley if everything is in border process to checkout. Then apply the voucher. Reminder minium spend R250 . Once completed allow between 1 - 2 working days for them to process prepaid airtime (sometimes it automated other times it isn't). If you don't receive any airtime, open a ticket with them. Also check under payment history - order number (normal website) airtime pin number is displayed.
