If you use a voucher to purchase and subsequently return the item .... what happens to the value of the voucher .. is it just lost in space or are you then allowed to re use the same voucher ?

You are refunded the amount you paid this was with kalahari and takealot

What I have been told they will credit the amount onto taketalot account. Who knows their new system is way too sophisticated..... It even indicates a voucher used and amount.. you will probably not forfeit the voucher and the amount will remain on takealot until such time you use store credit.

I hope that's true Richard. They have already transferred my Kalahari credit though . Didn't expect it to happen so soon though . Still had an item I wanted to buy that takealot doesn't stock .

The VC vouchers were 31 May, but mine no longer work... even though tried to use on the email they were issued on... "customer does not qualify..." never previously used a VC voucher on the email address either.

I had a similar issue which I emailed Vouchercloud support for, they have not responded after multiple attempts.

I had the same problem. I have a feeling that the VC voucher is drawn from the same pool of vouchers as the getmetonyc campaign. Have you perhaps used one of those vouchers on your account? Those are limited to 1 per account...
