Shoulda asked for a proper refund. Now you and the other person ordering has to trust each other for 2k worth? Plus the time delay, etc...

I had this with a tent I ordered from them a while back before the merge. They didn't have stock of the tent I ordered and didn't know when they would.

So they gave me more expensive tent at same price. Good old days
 
Phoned the support desk and they've escalated it to the account's dept.

How do you see the remaining stock count of an item?

Only way I have found is to add a ridiculous amount of an item to the cart using the Takealot App and then when you view the cart it'll have a little red note stating that there are more items in your basket than is available and number of remaining units are stated.

Crap I used one of the vouchers. It told me R100 off then and showed me my order was R150 but when I completed the order it didn't use the voucher. Argh.

It's not reserved. You have to complete the order or else someone else can pip you to the post.

I now have the app ready to go with every selected and on the voucher page ... ;)

I think its better to say you have voucher and people respond then you PM them.

I am not happy. I just lost R100. :(

Good thing there was a pause between vouchers, gave me time to watch a Youtube video on the braai I'm getting and it turns out it has some of the accessories standard I was about to order.

/saves money!
