It is probably based on spending habits. I didn't get either and I have spent R10k over 15 orders in the last 3 months so they probably don't need to bait me to spend......

If you really want vouchers; create a new account and never buy with it. You will receive a voucher or two every month which you can then use on your regular account. Sneaky, but effective.

the more you spend the less likely you are to get a voucher.
We have 3 accounts and the one we never purchased with is the one that ends up with the vouchers
