Takealot Vouchers (Begging) Thread

The problem with this thread is that the greed of some robs others of deriving any benefit. We have people with multiple accounts misusing and abusing vouchers and depriving other of its legitimate use. Shame on you if you are one of those people.

True that, but I'm glad to have the thread, even though I've only ever used a voucher once.

I think shows how consumers in SA nowadays are pushed to the limits with their budgets. Look at what people buy in this thread with the vouchers.

1. Nappies
2. Cat/Dog food

I mean seriously, thats not people wanting to abuse vouchers, thats people that are desperate to save money, on things they need to buy anyway.

If it was toys and useless ****, then yeah sure I agree its abuse, and there are those, especially on sagamers forum in their respective takealot thread, where the guys buy psn vouchers ect. with the discount vouchers.

Actually this is nothing new, watch Honey Boo Boo or Extreme Couponing and you will see how the US peasants use coupons. Greed is in all of us, well except the holy people of course...

People just start incorporating it into their daily lifestyle. From changing brick and mortar stores to etailers due to lower prices and vouchers being offered.

I had App50 about a week ago but as soon as I actually paid it removed it so I ended up paying full price. The code now never works for me. Neither does buyhappy wanted to get my wife's birthday gift a little cheaper :)

I applied a credit to my final amount but it deducted on the payment screen. A call to takealot resolved the issue. You should've called them as they sometimes have some wierd glitches

I did get another code but it did the same thing :( was not meant to use it.

Received 3 Kalahari vouchers in the post today. Is it specific to the account holder? Or can it be used by anyone?
 
I am sure it's the voucher envelope that shows both logos still
