Yes but you can use that specific code once only. All email addresses that registered on takealot and had not ordered anything before got such coupons. In the email it says "*Coupon valid until 11:59PM, 14 October 2018. One coupon per new customer, T&C's apply.
Limited to first 3000 redemptions. New customers only."

This means the first 3000 people that got such codes will be able to use it.

If it is via the app COD not available but if you do it via the internet it works

Yes it is but you will only get sweepsouth and netflorist codes, no takealot vouchers at the moment

Just got my R300 Takealot/masterpass code via SMS. Landed within seconds after I put in my pin on the masterpass app, before the purchase even completed on takealot. Odd thing is that this code is not in the normal T2XXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX gift voucher format but rather in the YYYY-YYYY-YYYY format aka unique discount coupon code format. Have not tried adding it to my account as of yet, but these can normally not be added to your account/stacked...

Just use the R300 capitec masterpass voucher and buy a R300 gift voucher, and stack them up?
