I can confirm the spinandwin vouchers still work, used one just now with a new account. Must be used with Payfast. Using any of the other payment methods doesn’t work

Lol yes. I almost want to say 'what ads?' - gotten so used to my adblocker.


It seems takealot has changed their checkout process UI. Upon checking out you are first asked 'Residential' or 'Business' and can then add an address if you haven't yet. Their address form is also totally different from what it was.

Payment options screen also look different as you can see in my attachment.
I first selected COD but upon applying a R300 masterpass voucher they disabled that option.
Im sure it will be same for other once-off codes.
After applying my ID to earn ebucks, Ebucks and Discoverymiles was also removed as options.

So basically had choice of 'Credit & Debit Card', EFT with i-Pay, EFT with Payfast, Mobicred, Masterpass or Sbux
