Maybe if there was direct communication with the courier it would be easier. I kinda miss the old days of having a functional SAPO where I can sleep late, get up and just go fetch my parcel when I felt like it.

Couriers use to call before they arrived, but lately they don't do it anymore which is irritating as I can't wait all the time for them.
 
I received a welcome voucher. R100 off R300 valid for May.
It's probably from my Jam stank account.

If I don't use it by month end I'll post here.

Why are they asking customers to provide reviews and customer service feedback?
Give us vouchers and we will fill in that crap. I havent bothered writing reviews or giving feedback.

Did you receive it from takealot or fnb?
 
Takealot is proving to be greedy turds. There was a mybb article regarding the merge and kalahari releasing monthly vouchers. Takealot commented that buyers will still have vouchers post merger. There is too much red tape associated with Takealot vouchers, only a select few are emailed vouchers or they will release a generic voucher that has a max amount of buyers that can use it.

I wish the competition commission never approved the merger.
 
I now question the integrity of Takealot. Look at the activity of this voucher. Screenshot_2015-05-15-14-35-10.jpgI think somebody attended the school of Vodacom with all the red tape associated with their vouchers.

Interesting, I ordered 2 items this morning and it's the first time since they took over Mr. D that my package is being delivered by FedEx.

Clear indication that takealot might close shop if they don't sort out their logistics department.. I ordered lots of items online.. Before they use to do inter branch and ship goods once everything arrives at the warehouse.. Now they have sent R12 worth of goodies with Skynet couriers.. It's clear the staff who merged with takealot haven't been trained properly.. It's annoying when they have to pay 3 courier payments for one order.... I am patient
