The interesting thing I've noticed is:
1. The Takealot account with the gmail email address was blocked
2. The order made on that account was returned
3. They are completely confused with the other order. It wasn't returned yet. The tracking says: Incorrect scheduling. Parcel not yet received. Delivery will be rescheduled

OK. So both of the orders we're cancelled. Apparently the terms and conditions allow for them to cancel all current orders.
My test order that I made last week arrived today, so my address wasn't blocked.
