If I order for more than R450 but I use a voucher for, say, R250, do I still get free delivery (even though I only paid R200 on my credit card)?

Yes, we do it all the time. Load the voucher back as credit and you can even use it next time to buy another voucher.

From what I have experienced that isn't possible, if you use a voucher as part payment for an order you can't incl vouchers in that order, may have changed though.
