Sue the bastards, Neotel is such a disappointment.
 
Probably because i've been so bogged down with the congestion/performance report, and thats its important to get that info right, that i've seen your mails and pushed for actioning, but haven't replied.
Users - Its not a simple point and click exercise, and everyone keeps on at the speeds etc, so when i'm focused on getting that in to help, then that too is not enough.

sigh* wasn't this supposed to be the saving grace of SA internet? glad i never switched, thanks to being out of range - by 500m no less! :|

Your job is a very unforgiving one. There's no two ways about it. When we, the consumers, start seeing results we'll start praising you. But until such time, all we'll do is keep complaining until something gets done ;)
