Hi guys

My grandmother lives in greece and i recently put up adsl there .... unlimited cap so when i got to greece i can have some internet ! I was wondering if by any way u can use that connection from here! Any help thx!

I don't think so. Actually I really doubt it. If you log into your ISP from here, it logs onto the Telkom ADSL servers which give you access. The server wouldn't know what to do if you used ISP &&&&&& from whatever country.

Maybe you could set up some type of Virtual Private Network to the machine in Greece and download onto large capacity USB flash drives which your grandmother could then send to you via airmail? It should be a simple matter for her just to insert and remove the flash drives. 16 and 32GB drives are starting to become affordable.

But what happens when granny gets busted by the Greece police for piracy?

In other news: "80yo granny nabbed for contravening the digital millenium copyright act, gets 20years without parole" :D
