Tangled Accessories Complaint.

The problem is these items are unbranded. I think they import them from China. It is generic and unbranded with a small "Tangled" sticker on their MacBook cases.

That doesn't matter - this is the retailers responsibility to negotiate with their supplier after the fact. They need to refund you

Obviously they don't understand how the Consumer Protection Act works. Sorry, but I actually laughed at this.
