a] dpsers attacking during the pull or the momemnt the mob reach me [not allowing me to get rage]
b] attacking the wrong target [i.e. the secondary target which i haven't focused all my aggro-gen on yet] .
Healers generally seems to catch the hints after the first wipe [if it's their fault], so i haven't had too much issues with them (they know full well if tank dies, everyone dies...something dpsers don't usually understand).
If i see a fury warrior or a lock shooting off onto a target which have not reached me (and for some reason it's always fury warriors doing this) then i switch targets on purpose and let them die -everytime- .
If you want to make it even more obvious, on the pull, when the dps hits the skull too early, swop the marks around so that the guilty dpser is suddenly hitting the x [which will now be aggroing him] . Then the rest of the group re-focus on skull [which now would have reached me "unhindered" as no one would've attacked it yet). Guilty dps die, and serve as a 5 second CC (if it's a fury warrior they can stay alive alot longer..which is even better..so when they die the skull is usually down already...perfect cc) , and then i pickup x again
