I have a prepaid number and ever since I’ve got it I’ve been having problems when changing tariffs. if I try it through the USSD menu, it tells me it’s successfully changed, but I do not have access to the new bundles. If I then check my prepaid plan on My Vodacom or balance check, it reports the old plan and if I try to change on My Vodacom, it errors out and tells me only one change allowed per day, which means it has registered the change. The day after, if I try to change on My Vodacom, it tells me an error occurred and that I should try later. I’ve tried through 1181 but it’s the same problem. Support is obviously not able to solve it, and even the Vodacom store couldn’t help. Has anyone had a similar problem?
