Tattoo Position

I would strongly advise against a tramp stamp. On the hip, ribs, upper middle back imo looks hot on a female :D

Anyway depends if you want people to see it. For me tattoos are a personal thing and I really don't care if anyone barring me and my SO sees it.

Seen some weird places for tattoos and some just out right stupid places...(under someones hair)

Have to agree with MH on the shoulder, but also said, maybe you would actually like to see the tattoo, then shoulder or back would not be the best of places, I have my wedding vow/statement/declaration tattoo's on my arm (my wife on her ring finger), so I can see it every day, and when I have a ton more money it will all become one GIANT SLEEVE mwhahahahahahahahahahah

Hip would definately be best IMO. If you don't want an obvious mark, you could try doing it in blacklight ink. Only shows up in certain types of light which can be awesome

I got my first tattoo back in 94 in durbs, when kevin and lucky still had a studio behind there, 9 later and I am still craving more and more
 
Hip right below the panty lone towards the butt not the front I think would be perfect. Keeps it hidden and feminine. I'm thinking of getting the blacklight tattoo. Do an inverted ying yang but with a dragon and phoenix in the style of *movie with Keanu reeves I forget the name now*
