You said you have had this problem for a few weeks? WTF is the rush? You made them aware of it so maybe the Rep is trying to either: Find out what the problem is or Get a fix in place. That could be the reason for his lack of immediate response.

I just don't understand some people... O as if a guy with nice grammar skills who work on the HelloPeter/e-mail complaints will be able to solve your problem :D
"Thank you Mr. blah blah. We have brought your concerns to the attention of our Network department who will be in contact with you shortly" /facepalm

A few weeks? My push service have never ever worked since I got this phone on RBM!!!!! I just never thought it could be the network as my internet works fine on the phone (most of the time anyway) and the edge sign is always on. It is only now that somone mentioned it to me in the Cellular section that all his friends on Cell C is having this problem but all his friends on Vodacom is working 100%. I then tested it and it turned out to be true that it is a Cell C problem.

So, I have been giving myself grey hair trying to figure out what could be causing this...posting in the MyBB Android section about it asking for help...askin for help on Google and Motorola forums. I have now HAD IT! I have 20 months still left of my contract and I want this to be attended to. I have been struggling with my Speedstick also but I just kinda left that as it is coming to a end now in December and just wont get a new one. BUT this problem I want solved as I dont want to wonder whether I am getting my messages and mails !!!

Ok so it took you 4 months to realize right?

Now you struggled for 4 months without anyone knowing what the cause was. You have no identified the problem, do you think CellC would be able to give you instant feedback and a fix? Do you think it might just be possible that they only found out about this now when you posted?

Keep on snapping your fingers and see where it gets you :D

I will do thanks. For me this is a high priority even if it is not for you and many peeps on here have the same problem. I have just decided to do something about it. I am sorry if you dont see this as a big issue as I do. You guys are free to moan and groan about Vodacom and its prices etc etc....I am a paying Cell C client and therefore also has a right to moan and groan on here.

All I'm saying is:

Give them time to first find out what the problem is on their side before you start throwing bitch fits like you're doing now. But alas....

And all I am saying is I have done my due dilligence. Reported it on Tell Trevor, reported it here and on HelloPeter (as many peeps say that is the best way to get a solution) and so I will now sit back and wait for some kind of action from their side.

Now either report that you have the same problem or move on.

So yesterday you realized what the problem was and all of a sudden the world must stop what they are doing and attend to your need. Come on man, seriously? So I'm under the impression you reported it yesterday after you got your findings. So give it some time. Report it to who ever and where ever. It doesn't make any difference to me. If I was the person dealing with this and all these complaints came strolling in while I'm busy trying to find the cause. I will make damn sure it takes allot longer to be fixed than it normally would have.

I'm on your side here, but you are now starting to sound like a spoiled kid.

If you have a problem with me reporting this to all channels available then that is your problem...not mine. This is not a isolated case to a certain area etc. It is on the whole Cell C network..2G & 3G and so I consider it a matter of urgency and people should know about it. The sooner Cell C attends to this and gets it resolved the better for their clients AND them.

I have done what I set out to do. I will now wait to see what Cell_C can do for us.

This is all I have to say to you PittBull.

And I just want to add. I really like Armando..he is a great guy and has helped me before with my debit order. My gripe is with Cell C network issue.

I just hope he can do something about it.

Got a call from Cell C regarding my Hello Peter post. Could not make out the consultants name...bad sound quality. Anyways...he was under the impression I have a Blackberry. Corrected him and said I have a Moto Defy Android. He said he will ask the technical and email guys to phone me back.

I just hope they understand it is not just me that is being affected...it is the entire Cell C network. They gonna have to look at this holistically (I think that is the correct world :) )

Huh? So if more people complain about something, you work slower? Let me know how that works out for you.

If I have the red button in my hand and everyone is begging me to push it. I just won't push it.
I'm that kind of person and it's been serving me very nicely so far in life thank you very much :p
