I now this is sarcastic but NOTHING can justify stripping a kid naked in class EVER!

But agree, I would moer the living day lights out of a teacher that does this to my kid. I don't mind if the teacher reprimands my kid if he is naughty, or misbehaving, but you do *** like this, or you humiliate him, then I'm going to have no mercy.
Even if she is the worst behaved child in the history of children, you do not treat a child like that. You will only make her behaviour worse, if behaviour is the problem.
And calling her stinky and dom - wow! Whole new level of bad teaching there.

It won't be treated as pornogrphy, as said, no images taken. However, the fact that she was stripped completely naked and humiliated in public, and viewed, it would be, or at least I'm assuming, treated in the same light or seriousness as child pornogrphy.
If not, then I'm not sure how they would classify this, unless they deem it to be reckless and careless behavior by the teacher, but due to the seriousness, the teacher would be dismissed immediately
The sad part, is that as a principal of this school, he or she should have given the mother of this kid all the support, and try and assist to find out exactly what happened, but it doesn't appear like that's what happened
