During covid I signe dup for a 3 user licence with teamviewer and paid by subscription for 2 years. During 2022 I received a mail from a consultant wanting to discuss my package with them, at that point we had found another solution so I replied with a mail stating that I dont need a call and intended to not renew my subscription.
Turns out, Teamviewer has an auto renew policy and need 28 days notice to a specific email in order to cancel. I have now been handed over to some debt collection agency in germany for the recovery of 260EURO.
Any suggestions?
