I think all these threads concerning Brian should be sticked. I so enjoy reading about him since I joined MyBB. This guy is a legend, a skelm legend, but still. He is almost like a Andre Stander, without weapons, I think?

I do pity the people that lost out, but honestly, the way this guy cons people let me worry about our race.

People sending R750,000.00 overseas because they gonna inherit R10m from some family member they have never heard, stupid schemes that are so ridiculous that it can not be true, but everyday people are conned. Just hope I never become one of those stats.

But in the meantime I'm subscribed.

Brian Gibello aka Batista Gibello is in Pollsmoor. He was denied bail because he is a flight risk and has to stay behind bars until his hearing.
There are 4 cases of fraud against him.

Just thought you might want to know.

He is South Africa`s dumbest and weakest conman. Nothing at all great. He makes the most stupid mistakes and the most mentally retarded lies.

Do you have a case number? He is known for putting out false information about arrests.

The info about the arrest comes from the ISPA. We've had some dealings with Technically Correct and luckily for us the ISP company he was using caught on that it was him, apparently they've had issues with him before, so they contacted us. With the help and cooperation from a number of people and companies he was caught in the act. His next hearing is Friday as far as we know. Unfortunately we can't give out too much info about this as it's still an ongoing investigation, all the info we have we've given.

Oh, and we know he likes to put out false claims of arrests and fake death reports, lol! That's why we phoned Pollsmoor to confirm he's there, for our own peace of mind, he's in Barrack A. We asked if we could talk to him, but they said no :(

Technically correct was run by Batista Gibello, our realm (Netbliss) was hosted there. We later found out that our realm was actually hosted directly with Cybersmart and that Batista was using our company details and identity to add all kinds of domains on our realm. Technically Correct was just a front, he wasn't hosting anything! He was posing as a representative of our company and then later pretended to be the owner of it. We locked him out of our account and are now dealing with Cybersmart directly. He used our details to open all kinds of accounts with numerous ISPs.

Luckily we've known for a while that he is a conman and the ISPA sent out warnings to all registered ISPA members. As a result of this warning whoever hosted his site deleted it, I stand corrected but I think it was WebAfrica. That is why the site vanished all of a sudden. He was caught red handed trying to get back into our account, and that is one of the many reasons why is now in prison. Thanks to numerous people and companies that worked together to get this idiot behind bars. I'll thank them all by name once this is over and Brian or Batista or whatever he calls himself is convicted and locked up for a good long time. But because this is an ongoing investigation I can't say more. But I will update this thread as I get more info.

I have no idea which court. We also have a fraud case against him with the police, but he got picked up before the investigation to our case really got underway. I'm currently trying to find out who the prosecutor on his case is, I'm sure they'll appreciate yet another proverbial nail in his coffin. Will let all of you know what's happening as soon as I hear anything.

Sweet. I'll call ny friend who is a detective down here in the SAPS later today and see if he can shed some more light on his court appearance.
Would like to be there to have a laugh!! :D
