It's all very strange. They had all sorts of problems for a couple of weeks and then suddenly a couple of days ago, gone :wtf: Their website is offline, calls & emails are not being answered. I'm left wondering whether all the information I was told about the company by the owner was true  Thank god it was post pay :)

Does anyone know more? Who really was Technically Correct (& Netbliss)? And is there an alternative as their price/quality was excellent... too good to be true obviously.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA :D

We've all, told all of you, "So"!

So I'll start it out with "Told you so" :D

Oh please!
I can't wait to hear the rest of this!

Also cannot wait from Toxicbunny and the rest to get in on this action! :D

Why am I not surprised. You can read some of his interesting posts archived when you feel bored.

Oh my god..... he bought me lunch at the Table Bay Hotel. We had drinks at the Cape Quarter. It's nearly 2am and things are starting to feel surreal.

Shake&Bake... I guess, from your post, that that you knew Technically Correct would not last. I must sleep, posts are starting to read like quotes from "the Prisoner".

Myself and a few others.

Wining and dining eh?

I made a light search a while back but found nothing negative, even a mention on the ISP Praise Wall (#68). Obviously I missed the more important ones, so I would be grateful for a few links.

Haha, it had to happen sooner or later.

There's a thread titled "The formite known as person" but because the only three searchable words are formite, known and person, it's never that easy to find.

So basically 'batista' found a way to use WHM to create accounts on the cybersmart server. Cybersmart found out and started to suspend all the hosting accounts created by technically direct. Then they moved to afrihost where they were speedly sorted out [aka suspended/banned]. Now he is missing!

If apmlehosting is reading this. He does have a account with you guys too. Might wanna check that for credit card fraud!! :-)

**Ohh and for any 1 that paid via debit order. You might wanna put a stop order at the bank. Cause I think he might enjoy deducting your money!**

Direct Debit = Blank Cheque (Carte Blanche)...

I thought he was American so I was surprised by his level on inefficiency. He promised many things but completed very few. I just thought he had been too long in Cape Town and had become fluent in the language. For example, "I'll call you back" translates to "I've deleted your number and will have forgotten you exist within 2 minutes of ending this call". I certainly didn't loose any money, just time, so I was lucky as I'm sure there are people out there that have been stung.

I knew a lot of his stories didn't add up but I could see past that because the product was so good. Basically I was paying for 4mb speed R35/GB unshaped and hosting was free. It took 10 min to download an episode of a TV Series.

Wahahahahaha...

So Technically has done the usual Brian thing and tried to do a runner... I wonder how much money he scammed out of people this time around, and who wants to kick his head in..

Brian, if you're reading this (which I'm pretty sure you will), you seriously should think about just locking yourself in a room for the remainder of your life... it'll be safer for you in the long run.

What an effen morron, I hope he gets ****** ******* by a ******* with ******. Go ***** now. K thnx

ROFL, with other people's money innit! :D

Well I think this little incident needs to be added to the already growing list of scams that Brian Gibello/Batista has attempted to run and given up on because he's been found out.
