His scam as Carya would be much better than anything I've seen of his before. I suppose he could actually be a better conman after all of his practice, anyone could have pulled off his previous attempts.. they were incredibly stupid except for the latest hosting one.

First of all I'm a girl! Second of all, I see a lot of people have been trying to contact Pollsmoor to find out if our slippery friend is really there, so I'll help you all out. You can call 021 700 1163 - I spoke to Josef (please note Josef's english is very delicious and he's not the friendliest chap around) just ask if they have a Brian Gibello there and he'll confirm. If he asks, Brian is 23 - 24 years old, and was brought there early March, it narrows down the search. The other number he gave me was 021 7001421.

Spoke to the investigating officer on my case, he said Brian appeared in court again yesterday, we don't know yet when his next court date is, but we're meeting again on Monday so hopefully he'll be able to give me a date and time. My case number is GEORGE CAS 105/02/2010 - he's not yet been formally charged with this one, the guy assigned to my case was "on leave" - nice hey? Another case I know about DURBANVILLE CAS 419/7/2009.

So there, as soon as I have details of his next court appearance I'll let you know, so those of you in Cape Town can go have a little looksy and maybe take a pic (",)

Surely even Carya would understand why we are a bit skeptical about Brian's arrest.
He is after all a fraudster and creating multiple identities on MyBB is probably the easiest part of his piss poor plans to con people.
Even into believing he is behind bars. I mean. He even tried telling everybody he is dead.

Yeah I know, just thought it was really funny that some people thought I was him. But I get why they are skeptical, I've seen the post about his "death" and I know he likes making stuff like that up.

Lol, I've been told that phoning on a Friday is a bad idea, everyone there is on a go slow. But I was lucky today, managed to find out that he's still in prison after yesterday's court hearing, and to find out the date of his next court hearing.

Anybody that live in Cape Town wanna go to the hearing and let us know what's happening?!?!

I was at Pinnacle the other day, and they said he got arrested by another supplier in the same area as he was pulling scams with them also.

If you want to see what Batista looks like you can just go to Pinnacle, at the collections desk is a picture of him taken by one of Pinnacles security cameras.

I used to work for RSAWeb in 2006 and he joined the company, was there for like 2 weeks, until they quickly found out about his US scams, and had him fired immediately.

Need I remind you all that this is a government facility, everybody there hate their jobs, so if you're going to phone them, expect nothing! By the way, AnRkey is my husband. He "Friended" Gibello because we had dealings with Technically Correct, we heard stories about him being a conman so we decided to keep close tabs on him, he swore high and low that it wasn't a scam though. But when Cybersmart phoned and told us what he was up to, we went to the police immediately. Turns out just about every other ISPA member and his dog was after him as well, and a few hardware suppliers. Looks like this time around enough people made a stink about it and the police had no alternative but to do something about it. And now he's behind bars, where he belongs.

Ugh, I'm getting tired of these. Look, I'm not here to convince you of anything, I'm just the messenger. Everybody else who was skeptical phoned Pollsmoor to confirm if he's there, so why don't you do the same. This thread is dedicated to what a low life scamming snake Batista is, and there he is in jail and everyone's still just flapping their jaws. The charges against him are stacking up as we speak, so if there's any of you that's been scammed by this idiot, why don't you go to the cop shop and lay a charge against him as well.

I'm over this, if I hear anything else I'll let you all know.
