Sorry to reply to a message on this forum. From our records, we do not have a client by your name. Order @101242 belongs to a gentleman called Mr. XXXXXX XXXXXXXX. Our escalations department advises that you could be posting here as a proxy. They advised that there is a woman who's nagging them claiming to have placed the this particular order. We therefore cannot engage you further on this matter. Please advise the client who placed the order with us to get back to us. Let him generate an RMA, This is called a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. He could do that here:-


His request will then be attended to and if he qualifies for a refund, this will be processed back into his account at the payment method that he initially used to make the initial purchase. We do this to avoid scamsters who have every trick in the book to demand refunds on orders that they have not placed.

You understand that there standard procedures to follow in resolving matters like this. Please desist from posting personal details on a public forum. I

This is bs, you said the matter would be resolved by COB thursday 14th April as a point of fact, then only today do you come back to say the order number provided (Almost immediately after your promise) does not match your records. Is your name Walt Disney because you're running a mickey mouse show here mate

Avoid this company like the plague, surprised they can tie their shoelaces correctly when they wake up in the morning

I am his mother and because you repeatedly failed to update him, he asked for my assistance.
 
Matter closed. The right client who ordered was contacted and generated an RMA. We have given further instructions to Payfast to refund immediately. Client has been fully refunded and our couriers will collect the parcel containing the originally shipped order. This is a deviation from the norm. Should the items collected have any faults and/or incorrect be returned by our couriers, our legal department will get involved. Hope it does not get to that point.

Will update on this once we have received the parcel back.

Only assume you have achieved results when the money has cleared back into your account.
It will because sending them multiple emails just after midnight and on here resulted in a response and I will not hesitate to do the same if the money does not clear. Receipt of confirmation from Payfast. Anything less than the promised refund will result in an escalation which will have long lasting consequences. My first words to them were "do not over promise and under deliver, be realistic". They elected to ignore my warning.

All of this could have been avoided. You just chose not to keep your word iro delivery the correct product timeously. Calls, whatsapp, emails all ignored. Hopefully a lesson has been learnt.

Dude, the client is anonymous on the forums. It's not that difficult to understand. So the client ranting here is the client who called you.
 
My son told me to tell that the reason he asked me to contact Tekmart is because I am relentless especially when telling them upfront not to over promise and under deliver

Refund received. Don't believe the bad service is a deviation from the norm not when we were promised a screenshot of the waybill for the alleged despatch of the correct item.
