Telecoms operators' email support is a massive failure

I sent Neotel a email to complaints last week wednesday I think it was. I've had no reply at all.

I'm not even a customer yet and this is the kind of service they supply...
 
Unfortunately this holds true for most companies in SA not just the teleco's

# cat /etc/mail/aliases | grep support
support: /dev/null
 
haha... funnily enough, the company that responds quickest to my e-mail requests is OpenWeb! :D
