Telkom 24-Hour Support Number

I am trying to contact Telkom on their after hours number as per their website which is apparently supposed to be 24-hours, however the recorded voice says I have reached them outside of office hours (10215)

Does anybody know the after-hours number for technical support, or is there no hope?

0800 375 375 does not work, ie. gives same response. Will try the other and advise - thanks.
 
Thought they were 24 hour helpline. I used to call them after 10 sometimes

don't waste your time calling them
 
I have tried every avenue to get an answer to a query that I have regarding my email account. I have no problem except for one email address (which a vital address) of her mail not getting through to me on my laptop or cellphone. She receives a sent message but I do not receive it!!!!! it work every now and again but we need to correspond on a weekly basis. Help . . . who and where do I turn for help? I tried Microsoft community but they say it could be Telkom blocking this address. It is a community email and all the others email addresses receive the mail. I am the only one not receiving it!
 
The problem I discovered is that their email servers have 550 block. This distinction is awarded to those telkom severs that carry spam. I do not seem to be able to discuss this with people of limited interlect and training at telkom. If they cannot find it on their help screen you do not get the service.

Why does it always backfire when you are trying to insult someone's intelligence? :unsure::laugh:

A bad thing happened to "intellect" here.

I think you missed something, all intelligent people no longer use Telkom relay server or their email addresses, so they are only offering support accordingly.

Also been trying there is NO Support
 
I stopped trying to report problems. Easier to just switch to another services provider. And they will port your number.
