Telkom 3G down for more that 2 weeks.

I have been using the Telkom Do 3G product via a E960 router for more than 18 months with relatively good stability and speed.

Since the 18th Nov I have been unable to establish a data or voice connection.
I have full signal with my external antenna.

I have logged a call with Telkom and emailed the escalations centre.

It has now been more than 2 weeks, what would you guys recommend I do next ?
 
You could log into the router and view the system logs - usually these can tell you any kind of authentication or link problems.
