It depends on the package that you initially signed up for with Telkom. There are several different ones!

I have had it with Telkom CAP and want to move to MWeb uncapped, if only MWeb will reply to my mails.
Anyone knows what will happen to my credit with Telkom, I want to go for the Mweb all inclusive option?

If you are totally closing your account with Telkom, then they will send you a cheque for the amount due to you.
