Telkom 72 Working Hours ( 9 days ) support response.

So having some grief with a prepaid sim that was migrated accross, logged a ticket at a store two weeks ago, ticket lost.

Logged a ticket on Fri 13th and thought 3 days was ample time to get some response so called back. Now, I'm told , "Your ticket is still in the turn around time of 72hours".

Ok, firstly 72hours is not unreasonable ( bit high but not unreasonable ) so I did make a snarky comment that I' sure 72 hours have gone by as I logged it earlier than 2:30pm on Friday ( allowing for weekends ) and the response is that its 72 WORKING hours ie: 9 WORKING DAYS. I nearly fell off my chair. :mad:

Firstly thats ridiculous and secondly, what moron uses that large an amount of WORKING hours to measure a timespan? So now I'm stuck till the 27th ( which is a holiday ) so will only be able to be resolved, at best ( to my doubts ) , 3rd May :(
