So one day in Nov my internet was dead so I found out my Telkom account was 'closed'. I was fully paid up, didn't request any change and there wasn't any explanation on my account to say why or by whom the closure was performed, but it was closed nevertheless. Minor irritation, but I got a new username and life goes on.
So in Dec my 9gb bandwidth allocation was changed to 5gb. Again, I never requested any change and Telkom could provide no reason why it was changed, but it was changed nevertheless. Grrrrrrrrr!!!!
So I spent an hour yesterday with a very clued-up Telkom employee going through my account for the last couple of months. To their credit they're quick to resolve any disputes, but for fark sakes Telkom stop making unauthorized changes to my account!
