Telkom ADSL billing question

Before I waste time trying to contact Telkom on this.
Can anyone explain this.

I've noticed my ADSL bill is rather high compared to other providers. The bill has the following
Line rental - 165.79
DSL Faster Bundle - 262.28
Home uncapped advanced - 250.00
Total 791...for a 4Mb uncapped incl. line!

It seems I have 2x ADSL packages?

It's about right, but should be 599 for do uncapped advanced, plus 165.79ex for the landline

But whats the difference between their standard 4Mb uncapped @R286 and the Do Uncapped @599?

With the do bundles your DSL line rental and uncapped internet account is combined into one product.

You need to be a rocket scientist to understand Telkom's billing. I recently downgraded from 10mbps to 4mbps and frankly my bill is in a mess.

See how they double billed me.. and the discount does not really add up.

Well if you think that are nothing then you must cancel your telkom line they charge you R482 to cancel the line.
