telkom adsl connection drops

so i'm experiencing a bit of a problem where the connection keeps dropping, sometimes every 2 hours sometimes after 10, almost every day for the last week or so. i got these parameters from my router:

ADSL
Parameters
Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin 32.0 dB 21 dB
Line Attenuation 42.0 dB 23.0 dB
CRC Errors 0 0
Latency Fast Fast

but they look very very good. anybody got any ideas where to go from here?
when the connection drops, it won't dial again from any pc on network(pppoe connection) but checking status on router, it says its still synced to adsl. if i reset the router, it resyncs within a minute or less and i can dial/surf again. i have tried waiting to see if it would dial again just by giving it time to stort itself out without resetting but i lost patience after 15-20min... isp is telkomsa, but i get the same problems with my wa trial account. this problem has occurred when there is rain and the line is wet but also when there is sunshine and has been for hours.
 
i have same problem yet mine mild doesnt drop my connection

Did you report it to telkom? cause i got mine into technical repair division so they fixing it soon
 
Yep I had the same problem[ assume]I called Telkom, the technician arrived within 24 hrs, he was so GOOD that he started from the beginning and spend approx two hours on my PC and the ADSL line and todate it has not dropped.
 
I've had this issue for a month, had a telkom guy visit, he tested the line and put it down to the exchange, still not fixed.
 
ok, guess i'll report it to telkom then!
strange how the line parameters seem correct(within range) though right?
