Telkom ADSL exchange and network problems: Your help needed

Same DNS issues for about 40 minutes. Fibre in Pretoria east
 
Last weekend also problems. Same random disconnects. 14h00 the sh... hit the fan and sync speed went down from 10 to 6. Then nothing... now I don't even have a home telephone number. "The number you have dailed does not exist". Could any of you try phoneing your home number and confirm? - Northern Suburbs.

Yes...well I can't call it a line. Its more like dead nothing when you pick up the phone. I can only hear the voices in my head.
 
Have massive latency issues in The Vines area of Somerset West. Have tried 4 separate ISPs to rule out an ISP issue... Local pings are fine, but international is between 300-500ms (impossible for gaming). Can't find anyone else reporting the problem though...

--Very bad ping at about 140 ms. If I ping "ping.telkomsa.net" I get a 20ms ping to it. But anything to Johannesburg has bad ping.

Im in Somerset West and my ADS has been very flaky since Saturday , the router diagnostics however does not show any clues. Im on Crystal web
