Telkom and Router problems i need help with!

What you can do is to contact Telkom and ask them to move you to another port, hopefully that will help.
 
That's because it's multiplied by a factor of ten. To get the real values divide by 10. SNR & Attenuation seem OK but the upstream snr does seem a bit on the low side.

Thanks :), will phone them tomorrow morning. Then hopefully i can start using my internet again :D!
 
Ok i ended up not phoning them as my internet was fine in the morning, from that morning up to now, it was fine... Now im sitting at 300-400 ping for no reason at all... I left my computer to go watch a movie and my ping was 39, come back and its 450. I really dont get it :/
