Maybe a good idea would be to include real life "drama" people are experiencing with Telkom, i.e. 567 Cape Talk radio station aired the plight of people in Atlantis (on the West Coast of Cape Town) who were without telephone lines for 6 weeks (at the time the story was aired) due to cable theft. They spoke to 2 business people who are reliant on telecoms for their business who now cannot trade due to this. Telkom's answer, well they are investigating. Erm how bloody long does it take to see that the cables are missing and need to be replaced! To me a prime example of their incompetence...
