I use Telkom Isp, best value for money imo. Then again i don't give a **** about all those 'value added services' that you get from other isps. Bandwidth = value for me. Telkom isp does mess up occasionally and customer support consists of some african dude who knows roughly three words of english but thats worth dealing with for the extra gigs.

After 9 years still sticking with Telscum...
Using 128 ISDN on my 5-PC LAN and 56k dial-up on the Laptop - both uncapped! he he
Might be slow, but (sometimes) worth the issue of not having to go through a 3rd party to get to SAIX anyway - what's more, I squeeze over 12Gig's per month out of ISDN with a total phonebill not exceeding R800 including calls!
Agree that their helpdesk is occupied by almost 100% computer illiterate staff that can (maybe) coverse in English.
Conclusion is, if you are not 100% computer literate yourself and don't want to struggle with settings and stuff, use another ISP! (Just find one with a good helpdesk)

Don't see your logic; you can get ISDN access for far cheaper than R114 (64k) and R198 (128k) from another ISP?? Then you get decent support, and considering a lot of established ISP's run their analoge and dialup clients over their networks, your get conclusive and instant fault resolution.

BTW, ISDN and analogue are always unlimited, but hey... it's your money
