About 3 or 4 days ago my torrents stopped working. I still have seeds and peers, but I can't download anything at all. It doesn't seem to matter which torrent it is, or from where, it just will not download. And it doesn't matter when I try, I've left it running for 3 days straight and not downloaded a single byte.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Telkom Internet has gone to the dogs, nothing is working, nevermind torrents.

Yeah I can't download as well. Torrents are working fine via Telkom Mobile but not via ADSL

Same here three days ago all torrents on Telkom came to a halt

:mad:Same here in PE and only 750 m from a new MSAN. Only had the Telkom 4 Meg uncapped package since 1 Feb and currently downloading Bitorrent at 10 kB/s whereas I was never this low on Mweb 2 Meg Uncapped. The funny thing is that last night for a while I was flying at >300 kB/s. To think that increased speed was my motive for switching.
:confused:WTF now doing 194 kB/s.

I'm hoping they sort their schite out quickly (they have some issues). Up to a month ago it was a really great product.

Here we go again, no problems with torrents here - Linton Grange, PE :)

Last nights traffic:

... the flat peaks are caused by the torrent limiter.

Hi MickZA, what do you use to record last nights traffic care to share?
Fedora 20 Linux with Gnome 3 desktop, Transmission BitTorrent client with PeerBlock (settings honed over several years).

Several private trackers for UK & Commonwealth TV series, mainly KAT for the rest. (Last night was mainly KAT).

No fancy VPNs or paid for stuff.

Edit just fired up some UK stuff, running flat out at the preset 250kB/s limit (have to let my clients get at their servers :))
... 12:12 finished. 635MB in 28mins @ 250kB/s.

Torrents run fine for me after hours as well. During the day, they're non-existent though.

Anyway, it's weekend and things are going fine again. Will all go for a ball of ***** tomorrow evening again.

Torrents COMPLETELY blocked for the past two nights.
Log in with MWeb : everythings fine - torrents run full blast.
Log in with Telkom: kaput, everything just in its moer.

Oops, don't think my previous answer is what you're looking for.

I use IPCop installed on a stand alone PC as my firewall/router. Traffic graphing is just one of its features, pfSense & Smoothwall are other router/firewall options.
