Telkom blocking torrents??

Mine running fine but when it gets blocked fudge em i am out i have a 2mb line but its very slow now but evening its good enough for me downloading plenty stuff

Its related to Telkom ISP as getting speed tests of 1.5MB down on a 4 MB line at this stage. (Telkom capped after hours)

I am getting CVT symptoms, one minute running over 200kb/s the next 50kb/s or anything inbetween. I see some telkom guys installed a new box in our neighborhood and these symptoms happened since then. Drive me crazy!

I have a Telkom 10meg uncapped account and line. Im getting 3.31mbps on speedtest. Ping is not bad though (local server). I'm suppose to get +- 8mbps. What is going on Telkom??? With torrents, speed is appalling. Im getting 25kbps max on 3 concurrent torrents (Well seeded common torrents)(usually get over 750kbps easy). Also youtube failed to load videos. Im paying R1000+ for what???

I would suspect a congested DSLAM. Please test, or at least post a traceroute.

I'm hoping they sort their schite out quickly (they have some issues). Up to a month ago it was a really great product.

If I were still with Telkom, there would be no way hell I'd be able to complete my 700GB torrent in time. Weren't they going to be fixing this like a month ago already?
