Telkom board seeks tighter control

Telkom's board is looking to get approval on a number of resolutions which will make it easier for the company to execute its turnaround strategy without having to call shareholder meetings.

if they are turning the company around more board and less general shareholder powers isn't a problem
similarly the remuneration of Telkom execs compared to industry norms and their predecessors is not particularly obscene - IF they are turning the company around

Some employees never got an increase in the last wage agreement , I am sure they are going to be cooperetive in this turn around.
