Telkom breaks world record with massive soccer ball

I have to agree with you here.

Wasting money on frivolous things such as these is not the way to go... rather upgrade the infrastructure or do something more positive.
 
At least they're the best in the world at squandering our money. Pity the same can't be said of their services.
 
I've seen the ball, looks pretty cool, just hope they incorporate it into some kind of a TV ad, someone kicks a ball and it lands up in the tower, and when you actually take a look, hey it's there
 
I guess they needed to try anything to get a record, cause fast internet is beyond them

Well if you can break records for service delivery then raher try something else you are good at like wasting money on crap
 
they can improve their network infastructure and adsl lines
 
now if only they could put that sort of effort into service & technology. Imagine, Telkom breaking records by providing a real service and modern technology.

Now all we have to do see if we can stuff it full of Telkom cronies and try to float it down the Zambisi :D
