I live in newish area with probably a hundred houses if not more. With developments still going up.
When I applied for a telkom line more than a year ago the operator told me that a business case will be done to motivate the installation of the exchange and the dead line was last year March.
March came and went and nothing happened. After phoning them on a monthly bases the response from Telkom remains undetermined.
Is there anything that I can do to speed this up?
I was thinking of printing a poster urging everyone to apply for a Telkom line so that we can get an exchange.
Kinda sucks that Telkom is the only option if I want a fixed DSL line.
