My ADSL line has been out of order since 15th February 2010. Despite repeated phone calls to the help desk the issue remains unresolved. This is what the activity log looks like:-

The latest is that the fault has been escalated. I have learnt that this is just a strategy to get you off their backs and discourage you from phoning the help desk -when I phone and quote the escalation number the poor switchboard operator does not know what the number means:wtf:
Has anyone else had and ADSL line fault escalated and if so did the escalation really help?
