Telkom Capped packages

Is anyone on one of Telkom's softcapping packages? (Capped data deal)
I noticed that you get free night surfer data between 12am to 7am is this unshaped?

I wanted to sign-up then I noticed to 'Shaped' in small writing, how is shaping being applied. (I have a 20mbps line)

Telkom is in complete disarray at present. I wouldn't use them unless I had to.

Their capped account is shaped.

The night surfer can be erratic, with torrents only working from 1am if you are lucky. Sometimes they mess with speed, especially with a low-seeded file.

Exactly what I wanted to know, thanks.
Do you know how Telkom downloads are on the news server or would you suggest I test their capped service for a month. (20mbps line)

Tried Openweb, Webafrica & Afrihost and all of them fail.
I'm leaning towards Axxess
