Leader? I thought they had September take care of business for them? 
I can say for sure that they need to pull up their sokkies. Sure, they aren't going bankrupt by any means, but that doesn't mean that people want to use them. It's simply still a monopoly case. Telkom just needs to start taking care of their customers because they want to, not because they have to.

September isn't a leader. He's a token appointed puppet!
the dynamix of telkom is that its now NY & JSE listed, & the fact that u bn working for the company for donkey years doesnt cut it any more. the industry has changed, & predecessors made work difficult for the incoming CEO by not changing the corporate culture away from a monopoly mindset. so yes, telkom will need a smarty-pants ceo, & obviously not september.
