Sorry wasn't exactly sure where to ask this. I was just looking at the Telkom Closer option 2 product and was wondering if anybody could clear an issue up for me

Anyone care to explain what exactly that sentence in bold means. Is it free calls? As pointed out by a fellow forumite you'll notice FREE is capitals further down the paragraph but not here. Also there is no explanation of what the astrix represents on the page either
