Telkom competitor experiences Internet problems

The server that they're hosting the site on seems fine, so it might take a while for them to notice. Or they broke it by making changes or something. They're on a shared server with 19 other sites (exculing co.za sites) and the other sites seem fine. So I think they broke it or the server was updated and broke their site or something.

Really gives them a bad image very early in the game :(
What is their email so someone can at least notify them?

every website from time to time experiences an error of sort. pointing finger at neotel's downtime is nothing major at this time, perhaps its better they have problems now, identify how to resolve problems now before they start delivering their products to the masses.

No Biggie!.

It must be a slow day in I.T ... where does rpm get his useless "news" from ???.

LOL!!
But the "news" was a little tame, surely shouldn't be on the front page....

Neotel claims it will take Telkom on on SERVICE - not rates.

Let it be known that the community is already measuring the service and reliabilty of Neotel.

If their website is down, it is a service failure - hence a failure in their commitment to take on Telkom and such news requires frontpage attention.
