Telkom Business received an Uptime Tier IV design certification for its Belville data centre

Interesting, my company has reached level 3 only. And already it is damn good.

Correct. Standard Bank's "DRP" facility in Samrand remains the only Tier IV designed AND constructed facility in South Africa.
