Telkom denies ADSL capacity problems

My 384 connection has really been acting up for the last month or so. International sites are painfully slow and my connection often get dropped only to get an authentication error (how?). Even some local sites are slow, but only sometimes.

The 512 connection at work seems better, but still slower than before.

Are we all imagining this?

You can test both local and international speeds but just don't get too depressed when you see what speeds our international counterparts enjoy.....

Interesting result. The local Cape Town server is about 20% slower than one of the US servers.
