Long time nameless lurker, first time poster.

About to pop my cap soon. Been trying for two days to buy more from telkom, but no joy. Keep getting the old

The Topup tool is currently unavailable. Our technical team is working on the problem.

If you have forgotten your TelkomInternet details, please call 0800 500 200.

If you would like to join TelkomInternet now click here lol! Yeah, that's a great place to plug your service.

It looked like it was up briefly this morning. Tried to buy, but it kept giving me a 3d error on all my cards, then went back to the old message.

Best part is, whenever I phoned to ask for info, the operator would hang up on me as soon as I asked the question. At first I though it was a mistake on her part, but no, she's actually so fed up with people calling to ask whats up that she actually just hangs up on them.

Awesome service. I kind of depend on that dsl line, but I'll be changing providers soon after this.

Bad title: It's not the DSLPortal that's down, it's the Topup tool specifically. No surprise then, that you're the only person to have complained so far... Consider the downtime a catalyst then, because if you've hit your Telkom cap by the 7th-9th of the month, you know it's time for another ISP... :)

I just bought two gigs as of right now! I'll be sure to complain here more often. ;)

I know, I have been using the computer since my old hercules monitor that had police quest on it and I still cant understand how bandwidth gets sucked up so quickly without hanging out on Youtube or using torrents.

So tired of how the net works here.
